Lisa - This sounds like a terrific location for your new listing!  Great presentation for this one, my friend.

What an absolute charmer.  New construction with style and price.  It should surely sell.

What a cute house.  I love the kitchen.  I could cook up a storm in there.  Why is it every time I read your blog I get hungry for gumbo?  lol

I'm hungry, too.  Please FedEx some gumbo at your earliest convenience.  :)

Looks like this listing is another great opportunity for someone who wants a nice home with an easy commute in NOLA!  Good job, Lisa!

Jason, the location couldn't be better.  It's less than block to the levee and just a couple of blocks from the ferry.  Perfect for getting to the downtown attractions without the need to drive and park.

Lenn, it should - it's a great buy in a great area.

Lori, I love porches too!  I have a really bad habit of taking pictures of other people's porches when I see one I like :)

Jesse, LOL!  You'll never go hungry down here - come on down and visit :)

Amanda, I'm thinking that botulism via FedEx is not a good idea, but you are welcome to come visit and I'll take you out for dinner!
