Hey Virginia, addresses are great for people who have a geographical location they are interested in. They can google or mapquest it, do a drive by and if they like the outside make an appointment to see the inside. It actually saves me time because I've had people make appointments to see properties, only to dislike the travel routes in and out of a neighborhood (deal breaker). A lot of my NYC buyers look for homes by requesting I search specific zip codes they wish to live in. Every little bit helps...
