Hi Lisa - Springwood Estates sounds like a great place to live. There is a Springwood Estates in my home town of Hopkinton MA and it is one of the best neighborhoods in the area.
Bill, it's a great neighborhood and since not all of the lots have been built on, it still looks very open with lots of green space.
